The spacious apartment at Dreams Lagoon 202 was perfect for our family, offering two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, and a kitchen - great for those who prefer a home-away-from-home experience. The enormous pool, actually a lagoon with multiple pools inside, was a standout feature and provided a refreshing escape. The owner's friendly and helpful nature added a personal touch to our stay, which was greatly appreciated.Though we encountered an issue with bed bugs in the master bedroom, the host promptly addressed the situation by fumigating the apartment and replacing the bedding. While the experience was unsettling, the prompt action taken was commendable.On a positive note, the apartment had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, A/C, and a fully equipped kitchen. The lagoon view was truly mesmerizing, adding to the overall allure of the property.However, it's essential to note that there were challenges with the refund process post our stay, indicating a lack of seamless customer service. This factor, along with the unexpected bed bug incident, does raise questions about the value proposition offered by Dreams Lagoon 202.In summary, while the apartment itself was comfortable and well-equipped, potential guests may want to carefully consider the balance between the luxury amenities and the overall value, especially in light of our experience and the subsequent challenges faced during the refund process.
